Civil Shield Forum 2025

On March 10, 2025, Civil Shield Forum 2025 took place in Vilnius at the Radisson Hotel – one of the most significant events dedicated to civil and border security. Our organization, Baltic and Polish Business Association, had the honor of being one of the event’s organizers. The forum brought together representatives of Lithuanian and Polish government institutions, municipalities, security services, the military, business sector, and security experts.

Among the speakers was the Lithuanian Minister of the Interior, Vladislav Kondratovič, who highlighted growing threats such as the migration crisis, Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, and hybrid attacks on infrastructure. The minister emphasized that effective civil protection requires public-private sector cooperation and investments in innovative solutions.

The forum aimed to strengthen security cooperation between the Baltic States and Poland and to promote the implementation of new technologies.
